We are pleased to announce the initiation of a new collaboration within the framework of the digital transformation of education. This collaboration is the result of a partnership with the Bureau for Development of Education and the Ministry of Education and Science/Ministria e Arsimit dhe e Shkencës, in the context of the project “EmpowerED – Digital Self-Assessment for Teachers and Professional Development Plan.“
The primary goal of this initiative is to modernize and simplify the process of creating a personal professional development plan (PPDP) for all teachers, resulting in the following outcomes:
- Easing the workload of teachers
- Strengthening school teams for professional development
- Creating new opportunities for relevant educational institutions
This project represents a significant advancement, not only in the context of digitalization but also as concrete support for the professional growth and development of teachers.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Bureau for Development of Education and the Ministry of Education and Science for recognizing the need and their readiness to collaborate on the development of this tool.
