With the price of kwh/h rising to levels never seen before, energy saving is one of the priorities of the Real Estate sector.
There is a clear need for the development of innovative tools such as the energy optimization system Enerbuild, a pilot project funded 75% by the EIT Climate-KIC, a European community dedicated to the search for technological solutions to combat climate change, which aims to reduce the energy consumption of buildings.
The energy optimisation system, Enerbuild, has the answer.
This pilot project, which combines smart-building technology and the internet of things, will reveal the savings that this European initiative can achieve.
This Monday, December 12, at 11:00h. (WET), the partners involved in this European initiative will organize a hybrid technical seminar where they will present the results gathered by Enerbuild, an initiative that proposes to combat climate change by relying on Smart-building technology and the Internet of Things, which was installed last August 15 in the socio-health center, El Sabinal, a building donated by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and which serves as a residence for the elderly.
