As part of the project “EmpowerED: Digital Self-Assessment for Teachers and Professional Development Planning”, we launched the pilot phase of a new digital tool designed to support the creation of personal professional development plans. A training session for trainers was held to prepare coordinators who will assist teachers in using the tool effectively.
During the training, the coordinators were introduced to the tool’s functionalities, their role in the implementation process, and received practical guidance on how to apply the tool in schools. The training included interactive sessions, discussions, and simulations aimed at supporting teachers in their professional growth.
The activities conducted under the EmpowerED – Digital Self-Assessment for Teachers and Professional Development Planning project are funded by the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation – Kinderdorf Pestalozzi and implemented by SmartUp – Social Innovation Lab Skopje.
